When you request a quote we collect your name, contact details and journey information. When operators register we collect company, contact, fleet, document and payout information. We also collect basic technical data (such as IP address) for security and fraud prevention.
We use your information to obtain quotes, arrange bookings, verify operators, process payments to operators, send service communications about your enquiry or booking, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Customer journey details are shared with operators so they can price the work. Customer contact details are shared only with the operator confirmed for the booking. We use trusted processors for email delivery, mapping and hosting (including Cloudflare and Google Maps).
We keep booking records for as long as needed for legal, accounting and dispute purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure; sensitive payout details are additionally encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorised administrators.
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Contact admin@leadsbank.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
We use only essential storage needed to keep you signed in and the platform working; we do not use advertising cookies.
