Coach Nation ("Coach Nation", "we") operates transport.leadsbank.com, a marketplace connecting customers seeking group transport in the United Kingdom with licensed transport operators.
Coach Nation is an introduction and booking platform. Journeys are performed by independent transport operators, not by Coach Nation. When a booking is confirmed, the contract for carriage is between the customer and the operator on the terms shown at booking.
Submitting a quote request is free and does not commit you to travel. We share your journey details with suitable operators; your contact details are only released to the operator confirmed for your booking.
Prices confirmed at booking are the prices payable. Any changes to the journey (times, passenger numbers, itinerary) may change the price and must be agreed before travel.
Cancellation terms are stated at the time of booking. To cancel or amend, contact us using the details in your booking confirmation as early as possible.
Operators on the platform agree to hold the licences, insurance and consents required to perform passenger transport in the UK, and are contracted under a separate operating agreement.
You agree not to submit false or misleading requests, misuse the platform, or attempt to circumvent it to avoid fees owed to Coach Nation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Coach Nation is not the carrier and is not liable for the performance of the journey itself; our aggregate liability in connection with the platform is limited to the amounts paid to us for the booking concerned.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
